Some restaurants at Walt Disney World are so popular that you must have an Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) in order to dine there. Guests who are first-timers or visit the parks every few years may not know which restaurants they need to book reservations at if they want to enjoy a meal. Here is a list of restaurants where guests need a reservation to enjoy.
Be Our Guest Restaurant
Walt Disney World’s newest restaurant is the most popular. It offers French cuisine in a beautiful, elegant dining room. It’s also the only restaurant in Magic Kingdom where you can order wine or beer. The restaurant received an award for its innovation because of the state-of-the-art kiosks that are used during lunch hours and the behind-the-scenes technology. Currently it is difficult to get an Advanced Dining Reservation for dinner so guests looking to dine here must book their ADRs at the 180 day booking window.
Le Celiier Steakhouse
Hidden inside the Canada pavilion at Epcot, Le Cellier Steakhouse has been an extremely popular restaurant for years. It’s one of the hardest to get a reservation for a table. The fantastic food and wine cellar atmosphere is what makes this restaurant popular. Guests looking to dine at Le Cellier should try to book their ADR as soon as possible.
Cinderella’s Royal Table
Nearly every little girl who steps foot into Magic Kingdom wants to meet their favorite Disney princess. Cinderella’s Royal Table gives guests the opportunity to dine on delicious pre-plated food while meeting some of their favorite princesses. Cinderella is always seen here greeting guests as they enter the restaurant. While dining some of the princess that have stopped by Cinderella’s castle include Belle, Ariel, Snow White and Aurora. Definitely get a reservation if you want to save time waiting in line to meet princess.
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall
Due to the opportunity to meet many Disney princesses, this restaurant requires a reservation to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Located in the Norway pavilion at Epcot, it features Norwegian and American fare. Some of the princesses that may appear are Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, Ariel, Aurora, Mulan and Cinderella. The princesses spend more time with guests here than at Cinderella’s Royal Table so it’s very popular.
Located at the top of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, California Grill is Walt Disney’s World most popular signature dining/fine dining restaurant. With an amazing view of Magic Kingdom for watching nightly fireworks and award-wining California cuisine it’s hard to get a table here without an Advanced Dining Reservation. For getting a table by the window during the fireworks, make sure to get a reservation as soon as possible and arrive early to request a window seat.
