While Vincent Price is the star of the month in October, that is just one way that TCM is celebrating that Halloween is just around the corner. They are also taking their newest feature, Friday Night Spotlight and changing it into Friday Night Spooklight thanks to comedian Bill Hader, who is the host.
Starting on Oct. 4, at 7 pm central time TCM will be airing, the cult classic “Carnival of Souls.” The first night is called, Zombie Attacks and Mad Doctors. So each Friday is horror themed.
They end on Oct. 25 with the themes, Maniac Criminals and Scary Sisters. The last film is Brian De Palma’s first movie, “Sisters” (1973). The other themes during the month are Vampires, Spooky Houses, and Bewitching Wives.
So Friday nights just a little more creepier! Fans of classic horror will not want to miss this month’s feature horror films. It starts again on Oct. 4 at 7 pm central time and ends on Oct. 25. It’s just another thing that TCM is doing to celebrate the terrifying month!
