Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday September 27, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report.
Isaiah Jacob Fincher, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with carrying a weapon at school, public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a minor. Fincher was released on 9/28 after posting three property bonds totaling $7,100.

William Ryan Hammond, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while habitual violator, felony with a vehicle and head light violation. Hammond was released on 9/28 after posting three property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (1/22/2012) (11/11/2011)
Kristin Breanne Holland, 25, of Roanoke, Ala was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Holland remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Roger Joseph Ingram, 43, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Ingram remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (9/12/2013) (5/2/2012)
Jose Anthony Pineda, 17, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with no license and speeding. Pineda was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,750.
Victor Victoriano Ramirez, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and a windshield violation. Ramirez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $1,560 have been set.
