Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday October 21, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
April Campbell, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree forgery. Campbell was released on 10/21 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (3/28/2013) (8/7/2013)
Chad Lee Dutton, 41, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with felony driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving on a suspended license, safety restraint violation, failure to maintain lane, prescription drugs not in original container and felony “dangerous drug” defined. Dutton remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,300 have been set.
Todd Stephen Halliday, 24, of Woodstock was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Halliday remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $300 property or $150 cash bond has been set.
Robert Nicholaus Jackson, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, passing in a no passing zone and driving an unregistered vehicle. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $2,480 have been set.

Joseph Glenn Stapleton, 23, of Rockmart was re-arrested on a previous charge due to a bond drop by Well Done Bonding on original charges of child molestation, aggravated sexual battery and public drunkenness. See also (9/5/2012)
