Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday August 28, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Donald Phillip Bean, 34, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with possessing a fraudulent identification card, obstruction, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug related objects, theft of services, giving false information to a law enforcement officer and a warrant for fugitive from justice. Bean remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $9,100 have been set.
Cagney Lamont Brown, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute was dismissed per Judge Whiteside. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.
Phillip Brad Chandler, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud and first degree forgery. Chandler remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (12/23/2011) (11/17/2010)
Terria E Green, 37, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, defective equipment and failure to maintain lane. Green remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Eric Joseph Rayburn, 39, of Aragon was arrested and charged with misdemeanor felony obstruction of an officer. Rayburn remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Beverly Dawn Reed, 41, of Lindale was arrested and charged with fourth degree forgery. Reed remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/24/2011) (2/10/2011) (8/25/2010)
Timothy Dwayne Wilson, 51, Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,000 property bond has been set. See also (8/16/2013)
Courtney Danielle Winkles, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and a tail light violation. Winkles was released on 8/29 after posting bond.
