Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday August 26, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Kenneth Andrew Hardwick Jr., 23, of Macon was arrested and charged with possession of a false identification, forgery of a financial transaction card and second degree forgery. Hardwick remains in custody at the time of this publication.
James Ray Ingram, 42, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Ingram was released on 8/27 after posting a $2,100 property bond.
Tony Lemont Monroe, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct by trespass. Monroe remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $300 property bond has been set. See also (arson)
Niles Maurice Morrison, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Morrison was released on 8/27 after posting a $700 cash bond.

Bradley Michael Williams, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony probation violation. (violation of drug court). Williams remains in custody at the time of this publication. Tommy Lee Zellner, 31, of Forsyth was arrested and charged with possession of a false identification, second degree forgery, forgery of a financial transaction card and a tag light violation.
