One of the new offerings at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival this year is the Scottish kiosk. Of course it features haggis, albeit a tasty vegetarian version that appeals to even the most timid palate. It also has seared salmon, a wonderful banoffee tart with bananas, and of course plenty of whiskey, including a 12, 15, and 18 year flight.
Mike Cantlay of Visit Scotland was on hand during the festival’s first weekend to talk about the new kiosk and the fact that it’s just as much fun to visit
Click the video accompanying this article to hear Cantlay talk about why Scotland makes such a great vacation destination.
There’s even a Disney tie-in with Scotland if you prefer an escorted trip. Scotland: A Brave Adventure is an eight-day itinerary offering through Adventures by Disney. If you’re not familiar with ABD, jump to this article on my adventure in the Canadian Rockies last year.
