The Labor Day holiday isn’t until Monday but already folks in the tri-state are already celebrating. With a slue of events, from BBQs to parties and fairs, it can be difficult to pin down the perfect place for a good time. Here are 5 places you should visit this Labor Day weekend.
Grossology: The (Impolite) Science of the Human Body
I know what you’re thinking who wants to go to an educational exhibition for Labor Day? But, the Liberty Science Center is a million kinds of awesome and offers an innumerable amount of things to do; perfect for those who aren’t looking to crash as many parties and BBQs as possible, or for those who have children. Grossology is an exhibition geared towards teaching its visitors about all the squirmish things the human body does and produces. With a larger than life, walk-in nose that shows you how snot is produced to a giant burp machine, Grossology is not for the faint of stomach (or appetite) but is sure to jump start the imaginations of young minds and make things like body odor and farting seem a little less gross.
