Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. Gosh, I’m hungry.

Ladies are invited to slip on their Mary Janes and gents a trilby hat for the weekend festivities, including Chef Joseph Heppe’s supper club BBQ dinner menu. These traditional holiday menu items include Slagel Farms St. Louis Ribs with bourbon BBQ sauce, available by the full, half and Chef’s rack; BBQ Wagyu Brisket served with traditional accompaniments, served by the pound or half pound; and comforting sides including Miso Grilled Corn, Bourbon Baked Beans and Pickled Banana Pepper Slaw. Untitled’s regular menu will also be available.
Oregon’s very own Deschutes Brewery and their giant traveling beer barrel, Woody, will roll their way to Untitled for an early evening of glug on the outdoor patio. Guests can enjoy pints of the award-winning craft beers including Mirror Pond Pale Ale, Black Butte Porter, Chainbreaker White IPA, Inversion IPA and Fresh Squeezed IPA.
Weekend Entertainment Lineup
Live entertainment will enlighten the venue and new outdoor patio with the sounds of St. Louis’ Miss Jubilee on Friday evening, The Penthouse Playboys on Saturday and Grana Louise on Sunday during Soul Brunch along with Sunday night’s concert with Hey Champ. The Beer-lesque event will take place on Friday, August 30, and the BBQ menu is available Friday, August 30 through Sunday, September 1. Weekend hours include- Friday 4:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m; Saturday 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m; and Sunday 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (Soul Brunch), 4:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. There is no entrance fee, and the Beer-lesque event is complimentary.

If so, gather your Pink Ladies and T-Birds and head to Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club for a Labor Day weekend “Summer Lovin’” soiree on Sunday, September 1. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the lounge will host an end of summer Grease themed brunch party, with Diva Madam X performing hits from the acclaimed musical. The film will play on Kit Kat’s seven jumbo screens and a raffle will be held for a Summer Lovin’ themed St. Germain gift basket ($250 value).
Consulting Chef JoAnn Witherell’s brunch menu will be offered (Chicken and Waffles, Rice Krispie French Toast, Eggs Florentine and more) with an optional $25 prix-fixe that includes two courses and unlimited brunch cocktails (mimosas, sangrias, bloody martinis). In addition to their list of over 200 martinis and cocktails, Kit Kat will offer $6 St. Germain drinks including the “Hickey From Kenickie Martini,” “Beauty School Drop Out Mojito” and “Oh, Sandy Champagne Cocktail” (listed below). Guests are encouraged to break out their poodle skirts and black leather greaser attire and come dressed as Sandy, Zuko, Rizzo and other favorite Rydell High students.
