Over time you will see there is a pattern to what natural methods work best in maintaining your mental health. Whether it is using essential oils, herbs other natural resources or a mixture of them, you will find your energy match! This is also called fine tuning your healing to your individual needs. Not every healing mix that helps one person will always help the next the same way. Keep your natural healing individualized, keep it simple and unique as to you are as a person on this earth!
