With close to 70% of the residential development sold, Aventura’s most prestigious property Echo Aventura celebrated their groundbreaking event on July 24. The private event for brokers was to honor them with commission checks and to thank everyone involved with the project for its great success.
The total number of brokerage commissions that were handed out at the event exceeds $10 million.
In addition to flowing drinks, passed hors d’oeurves and beautiful models socializing with guests, Property Markets Group celebrated the project’s milestone by handing out 100% commission checks to qualified brokers who have sold Echo Aventura units and whose clients have already provided their second installment of 20% (totaling 40%). The brokers in attendance were able to receive their FULL commission checks at the groundbreaking event, which is unheard of in today’s real estate marketplace. Typically, brokers receive their commissions once the building is completed, but PMG is doing things differently.
Having defined most of South Florida’s extravagant skyline in the past 10 years, architect Carlos Ott is responsible for the conceptual design for Echo Aventura. Residents will be provided a one of a kind opportunity to reside in an ultimate luxury Aventura development situated on 5 acres. Echo Aventura includes 190-residences with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units. The spacious floor plans provide residents with bay and ocean views and flow through units. The Sky Loft is an indoor/outdoor 3,000-square-foot bridge suite with 20-foot ceilings, a glass elevator and bay view’s reaching as far as Downtown Miami. This special feature will be offered as an entertainment venue for residents.
