Time is going fast and before we know it the 2013 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will be underway. This annual festival is set to kick off on September 27 and will run through November 11. This is the time of year when guest visiting Epcot can sample cuisines and drinks from around the world, in addition to the already fabulous permanent pavilions found throughout Epcot’s World Showcase.
