16. Cody Fajardo- Nevada
In 2012 Cody Fajardo passed for over 2500 yards and rushed for more than 1100. Fajardo amassed 32 total touchdowns last year and is expected to have a huge year for the Nevada Wolf Pack. Thanks to Colin Kaepernick helping put the Nevada on the map, Fajardo should receive the right amount of press to help his Heisman hopes in the coming season.
17. David Ash- Texas
David Ash had a far superior season sophomore season compared to his first year, but he has to take another step forward if Texas is to reach their lofty goals. Last season, David Ash had 19 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. It will be interesting to see if he keep the job all season.
18. Bryn Renner- North Carolina
Bryn Renner has thrown 54 touchdown passes in the last two seasons. He’s ready to take North Carolina’s quick tempo to new heights in 2013. Renner can jump into the Heisman race with an impressive performance on Thursday against South Carolina.
19. Keith Price- Washington
Slowed by injuries in 2012, Keith Price had an underwhelming season. He threw 19 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Price also ran for negative yards last season. He really has to step up in his senior season with the Huskies.
20. Kolton Browning- Louisiana-Monroe
After throwing for 29 touchdowns and 10 interceptions, Kolton Browning should be a household name. However, playing at ULM has college fans bypassing his ability. He gets his first shot at more acclaim against Oklahoma this Saturday. Make sure to catch that game if you can.
